At Whitchurch Primary School we use the Lighthouse Schools Partnership curriculum, based very closely to the National curriculum.

We have adapted it to suit our local area: When children learn about bridges, we relate it to IK Brunel, when they study the ancient Egyptians, we engage with Bristol Museum.

Being part of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership means we have a broad, aspirational base to compare our work with at meetings, knowing our chg our children are meeting the very highest of standards. By adapting it to Whitchurch we know they are learning it in a fun, engaging and meaningful way!
